Opening hours
  • Mondays to Saturdays, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Sundays and holidays, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • 24-31 December, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Closed: 1 January, 25-26 December.

The front desk will remain open until 15 minutes before closing time. 
This interactive activity is free of charge.
4 slots every hour, every 15 minutes from the opening time.
Recommended visiting time: 60 minutes, approximately.

Regulations
  • Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
  • The starting time of the activity is the time established in the booking confirmation. The organisation reserves the right of admission and may reassign the ticket in the case of a delay or no-show.
  • Visitors may not enter with or consume food or beverages on site, except water.
  • The space does not have a left luggage area. Visitors are responsible for taking care of their personal belongings.
  • Pets are not allowed, except assistance dogs.
  • Skateboards, electric unicycles and bicycles are not allowed inside Palau Moja.
  • Visitors may only take photographs without flash and may not record the sessions. No tripods or professional video cameras are allowed.
  • Entrance with bulky objects is restricted, as well as any other object that the organisation considers harmful or inconvenient for properly experiencing the visit.
  • Visitors may not enter wearing a swimsuit, without a shirt, or while wet.
  • Tour operators and group leaders are not allowed to make reservations or receive financial compensation for managing bookings or visits. Otherwise, the Catalan Cultural Heritage Agency reserves the right to cancel the visit to the Espai Moja or to reject the booking request.
  • The space reserves the right of admission.

  • In person, at the front desk area of Espai Moja, where a complaint and suggestion form will be provided if requested.
