Does this ticket allow me to visit the Palau Moja?

This ticket only gives access to the Espai Moja. If you would like to visit the Palau Moja, you must reserve the ticket, which is also free of charge, through this link.

How can I make a reservation?

Online (recommended option): You can book up to a maximum of 5 tickets.

In person: You can make your reservation in person at the Espai Moja ticket office (Carrer de Portaferrissa, 1. Courtyard of Palau Moja).

Is admission free?

Yes, admission is completely free. You just need to make a reservation and respect the assigned time slot.

How many tickets can I book in the same reservation?

Each reservation can be for a maximum of 5 people.

How many people can access each time slot?

Each time slot can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. This ensures that you can enjoy the space and the virtual reality experience.

How many time slots are available?

The time slots start from the opening time and are every 15 minutes. For example, if we open at 10 a.m., the first time slot will be at 10 a.m.; the second at 10:15 a.m.; the third at 10:30 a.m., and so on.

If I’m under 16 years old, can I enter on my own?

No, if you are under 16 years old, you must be accompanied by an adult.

I’m a teacher, can I schedule school visits?

This exhibition is not designed to host school groups, as the capacity per time slot is limited. However, we encourage you to request the Ulls de la Història educational experience. Find more information here: Educational Experience | Cultural Heritage. Generalitat de Catalunya

Is there a coat check or left-luggage area?

Espai Moja does not have a left-luggage area. For this reason, we ask you to avoid bringing bulky items.

I’ve lost my booking confirmation. How can I recover it?

Please contact us at espaimoja.cultura@gencat.cat, and we will resend the booking information as soon as possible.

What accessibility systems are available at Espai Moja?

The site is adapted for people with reduced mobility.

It has accessible toilets with changing facilities; folding stools; and an induction loop.

You can scan a QR code on site to access the Espai Moja accessibility app: easy-to-read text, audio description, and transcription.

Can I take photos and videos?

Yes. We would love to see your pictures on social media with the hashtag #EspaiMoja. We only ask that you avoid using flash and tripods.

I’m a tour guide. Can I schedule visits to Espai Moja?

No. Tour operators and group leaders are not allowed to make reservations or receive compensation for managing bookings or conducting the visit. Otherwise, the Catalan Cultural Heritage Agency reserves the right to cancel the visit to Espai Moja or reject the booking request.
