He is the founder of PROSKENE Conservation & Cultural Heritage, an international consultancy specialising in the conservation of cultural heritage
With more than 25 years of experience, he has been in charge of interventions in monuments, archaeological sites and listed buildings in Spain, the Balkans, and Latin America. He is a member of the Board of Directors of ICOMOS Spain and has coordinated and participated in initiatives such as the European Heritage Green Paper, prepared by Europa Nostra and ICOMOS International. He is also co-author of the Green Paper on the Sustainable Management of Cultural Heritage, published by the Spanish Ministry of Culture, and coordinator of the Guidelines for the Installation of Renewable Energy-Related Infrastructures and Equipment and Their Potential Impact on Cultural Heritage, published by ICOMOS Spain.
